Your Safety and Security
At St. Rose, a very important part of our commitment to excellence is your safety. By working together with your doctors, nurses and other hospital staff, you can help us make your stay in the hospital as safe
and secure as possible.
Here’s how you can help:
- Wear your hospital ID wristband at all times. If your wristband comes off or is taken off, ask for a new one.
- Check that the information on your ID wristband is accurate and any allergies are listed. Ask staff to check your wristband before any procedure, test, or prior to giving medications.
- For your safety, we provide 24-hour security on the St. Rose campus. Please contact Security at 510-264-2564 if you’d like an escort to the parking lot.
We strive to provide you with the best possible care. If you have concerns about the quality or safety of your care, be sure to contact us immediately. Also, St. Rose Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission. You can contact them at:
