Insurance & Billing
When you register for your hospital stay, we will need a copy of your health insurance ID card. As a courtesy, we’ll submit your hospital claim to your health insurance company and do everything possible to speed your claim through.
Please remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company; you are responsible for paying your hospital bill. Please call our Business Office at (510)264-4016 to make payment arrangements.
If you don’t have health insurance, you may be eligible for Medi-Cal or other local or state program. Please contact our Financial Counselor at (510)780-4342 or our Business Office (510)264-4016 for information about our Charity Care and Self-Pay Discount Policy.
