The Importance of Your Donations

Through the commitment of individuals, organizations and corporations, thousands of St. Rose patients continue to benefit from the generous support of donors. Gifts are tax-deductible and may be made to the program of your choice. You can help sustain needed programs, purchase much-needed equipment, maintain or enhance services, or provide capital for new programs or expanding services.

Cardiovascular Lab

Since the renovation of our new Interventional Cardiovascular Laboratory, the hospital is now a designated Cardiac Receiving Center for Alameda County, providing emergency lifesaving angioplasties for the immediate treatment of heart attacks. Our “door-to-balloon” time is 71 minutes, one of the lowest in the county. We have performed over 2,400 diagnostic procedures since the opening of our new Cardiovascular Lab.

Women’s Imaging Center

Our newly remodeled Women’s Imagining Center has state-of-the art Digital Mammography and Ultrasound units, providing the most sophisticated screening and diagnostic tools for our patients. The Center now offers Bone Densitometry and is complemented by a comfortable spa-like atmosphere.

Family Birthing Center

Newly purchased technology has upgraded our Fetal Monitoring System, allowing clinicians to monitor the condition of the baby during the labor process. The Center was also remodeled for patient comfort and enhanced birthing experiences.

Radiology

A new three-dimensional Viewing Station allows diagnostic images to be sent electronically to our Radiologist, providing advanced imagery reconstruction for patient evaluation and diagnosis.

Silva Pediatric Clinic

Funding was provided to support the Silva Pediatric Clinic in expanding the hours of operation at the clinic, including additional dental services. We have also been able to continue our Adolescent Mental Health program and completely remodel the clinic.

Patient Assistance Fund

The Holiday Appeal provides support to the Patient Assistance Fund, which directly helps less fortunate individuals, children or families with a variety of health care needs during hospitalization or as they are discharged.

Health Fair & Community Outreach

Vaccines and screenings were provided to over 1,500 community members during our annual Health Fair and at several other free flu clinics and screenings.
