A Message from the President
On behalf of the St. Rose Hospital Board of Trustees, Foundation Board and the entire health care team, we welcome you to our website. Our more than 900 employees and 300 physicians take pride in providing excellence in care to our patients and community.
Over 45 years ago, the hospital was established as the result of community members assessing a vital need for health care services in Hayward and the surrounding areas. A tradition of quality care began, with an emphasis on mission, partnership and growth. Today, the hospital has come full circle – yet our priorities remain intact. We are committed to engaging with our community to look at new and unique ways to best meet the ever-changing health care needs of those we serve.
